Deputy Head of Trading | Senior Trader Digital Assets 100% (m/w/d)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Trader to join our Trading Department at Celsion Finance, with the primary place of work in Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in trading - particularly within the digital asset space - and has a proven track record of executing advanced trading strategies tailored to sophisticated client requirements. In this role, you will directly contribute to Celsion’s strategic objectives, working closely with the Head Trading - acting as his deputy - and other key stakeholders across the firm. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our trading capabilities, enhancing market positioning and supporting the development of innovative digital asset products.

• Execute client orders efficiently by leveraging our advanced trading platform, ensuring optimal outcomes aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers, counterparties and strategic partners to ensure superior execution quality and market access.
• Actively monitor market developments and client flows to optimize trading strategies, ensuring effective risk management, pricing efficiency and competitive positioning in a fast-moving trading environment.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen Celsion’s trading infrastructure, systems, and operational workflows.
• Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to identify opportunities and co-develop innovative digital asset products and trading solutions.
• Contribute to risk management and compliance frameworks to ensure robust, transparent and regulatory-aligned trading operations.
• Deliver regular market commentary, trade insights and analytical content for internal and external newsletters, supporting client education and reinforcing Celsion’s reputation as a knowledgeable market leader.

• Higher education such as FH/university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience of at least 8 years in Trading, ideally with exposure to digital assets or comparable financial markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with high precision and attention to detail, combined with a proactive, execution-driven approach. 
• Sound risk awareness, resilience under pressure and confident decision-making in fast-paced market environments.
• Familiarity with modern trading infrastructure, including the ability to interpret API-based data and work effectively with technology-driven tools and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluently articulating complex topics in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
